Introduction
Farmoria is a managed resource farming service for Rise of Kingdoms. It automates your bot accounts and governors around the clock — handling gathering routes, building queues, research, barbarian farming, and arena sessions based on your configuration.
Access is provided through an invite-only portal. Once your account is set up, you can manage every aspect of your farming operation from a single dashboard.
Requesting Access
To get started with Farmoria, you need to request access through our Discord server.
- 1Join the Farmoria Discord server using the invite link.
- 2Navigate to the #tickets channel.
- 3Open a new ticket and describe your setup — number of governors, desired plan, and your Rise of Kingdoms server.
- 4Our team will review your request and set up your account within 24 hours.
First Login
Once your account is created, you will receive a welcome email with a temporary password and a link to the Farmoria portal. On first login you will be prompted to:
- Set a new password
- Configure two-factor authentication (optional but recommended)
- Review the onboarding welcome modal
Portal Overview
The Farmoria portal is divided into several main areas accessible from the left sidebar:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Overview of all accounts, activity, and resource stats |
| Governors | Manage governor configs, schedules, and session history |
| Bot Accounts | Add, edit, and monitor all bot accounts |
| Workers | Manage the bot worker fleet and machine assignments |
| Settings | Profile, security, and notification preferences |
Account Overview
The account overview widget displays a real-time summary of all bot accounts assigned to your user, grouped by status.
Shows active, idle, assigned, disabled, and banned account counts at a glance.

|---|---|
| Active | Bot is currently running a session |
| Idle | Bot is online and waiting for the next session |
| Assigned | Bot has been assigned to a governor but no session is active |
| Disabled | Bot is paused and will not start new sessions |
| Banned | Account has been flagged — requires manual review |
Activity Timeline
The activity timeline shows a chronological log of all bot actions across your accounts — including session starts, completions, errors, and status changes.
A scrollable feed of recent bot events with timestamps, account names, and action types.

Track resources gathered by your bots over time. The resource tracking dashboard shows per-account and aggregate totals for food, wood, stone, and gold across configurable time ranges.
Bar or line chart showing gathered resources per day/week, filterable by account or governor.

The dashboard layout is fully customizable. Drag and drop widgets to reorder them, and toggle visibility per widget type from the layout settings panel.

Account management is handled by the Farmoria team during onboarding. Self-service account adding will be available in a future portal update.
Account Statuses
Each bot account has one of the following statuses at any given time:
| Status | Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Idle | Green | Online, no active session |
| Assigned | Blue | Linked to a governor, awaiting session |
| Disabled | Gray | Manually paused — will not run sessions |
| Banned | Red | Account flagged by the game — needs review |
Bulk Operations
Select multiple accounts using the checkboxes in the account table to perform bulk actions:
- Bulk edit region or server assignment
- Bulk assign to a governor
- Bulk disable or re-enable
- Bulk delete
Region & Server Filters
Use the filter bar above the account table to narrow the list by region, server, or status. Filters are combinable and persist within your session.
Dropdowns for region, server, and status — with a live search field.
🚧 Screenshot coming soonGovernor Config
Each governor has an independent configuration that controls what activities the assigned bot performs and how. The config editor is split into tabs:
| Tab | Controls |
|---|---|
| Gathering | Tile targeting, resource type priority, troop load settings |
| Building | Upgrade priority queue, VIP point usage, speed-up logic |
| Research | Tech tree path, resource balance thresholds |
| Barbarians | Level targeting, kill event mode, loot efficiency |
| Arena | Daily fight count, opponent selection, honor farming toggle |
Tabbed editor with per-module toggles, sliders, and dropdowns.
🚧 Screenshot coming soonSchedule Builder
The schedule builder lets you define when and how long the bot runs for each governor. Sessions are timezone-aware and support complex patterns.
- Set active time windows per day of the week
- Define session duration ranges (min/max)
- Configure gap times between sessions
- Set login/logout intervals to mimic human behaviour

Auto-Generate Sessions
Once a schedule is configured, Farmoria can automatically generate sessions for the upcoming days based on the schedule rules. Sessions can also be generated in bulk for multiple governors at once.
- 1Open a governor and navigate to the Sessions tab.
- 2Click Auto-Generate.
- 3Select the date range (e.g. next 7 days).
- 4Review the generated sessions and confirm.
Action Log
Every governor has a full action log that records all bot activity in real time. Each entry captures a timestamp, the action category, a human-readable description, and the outcome. Logs are stored per governor and are accessible at any time from the portal — even while a session is actively running.
Use the action log to verify that your schedule is executing as expected, diagnose unexpected idle periods, or confirm that resource gathering hit the targets you configured.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | Exact date and time the action was executed (shown in your local timezone) |
| Category | Action type — Gathering, Building, Research, Combat, Commands, Login, or Error |
| Description | Human-readable summary of what the bot did (e.g. "Gathered Food tile T4 — 2.1M") |
| Duration | How long the action took to complete |
| Outcome | Success, Skipped, or Failed — with a reason if the action did not complete |
Logs are retained for 7 days per governor. Export to CSV is available from the log toolbar for offline review or sharing with the Farmoria support team.
Worker Fleet
Bot workers are the machines that run your bot accounts. The worker fleet page gives you a live overview of all workers, their assigned accounts, and current load.
Card or table view of all workers with status indicators, account count, and machine hostname.
🚧 Screenshot coming soonWorker Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Worker is online and running one or more bot accounts |
| Idle | Worker is online but has no accounts assigned |
| Inactive | Worker is offline or unreachable |
Moving Workers
Accounts can be moved between workers using the bulk move feature. Select the accounts you want to move, choose a target worker, and confirm. The move is applied at the start of the next session gap to avoid interruption.
Move a governor between workers instantly — no need to wait for a session gap. Migration is handled automatically in the background.
Creating Workers
New workers are registered in the portal by hostname. Once registered, the Farmoria worker agent installed on the machine will automatically connect and appear in the fleet.
Profile Settings
Update your display name, email address, and password from the Profile page under Settings.

- 2Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
- 3Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- 4Enter the 6-digit code to confirm and save.
WebAuthn Security Keys
Hardware security keys (YubiKey, etc.) and platform authenticators (Face ID, Windows Hello) are supported as a second factor via WebAuthn. Register a key from Settings → Security → Security Keys.
Session Management
View all active login sessions for your account from Settings → Security → Sessions. You can revoke individual sessions or sign out all devices at once.
